Yes. Architecture maps live in Git. Optional Elasticsearch and local browser annotations are overlays — never the canonical store.
Yes. Today you can self-host the shipped SPA (Docker/nginx, Kubernetes, or any static host) plus CLI and MCP inside your boundary. A dedicated Enterprise server product with RBAC and audit is on the roadmap — talk to us for regulated/private deploy needs.

No. Elasticsearch is an optional secondary index for search when enabled. Git YAML remains the system of record. Community includes the CLI push path and gated SPA read when enabled.
Yes. Navo is designed for internal architecture maps behind VPN or private DNS. No public cloud dependency is required.
